Do you have a car park?

We have two car parks at the hotel, there are limited spaces which are available to our guests on a first come first served basis, these spaces cannot be reserved. One car park is at the rear of the hotel accessible via an archway at the front of the hotel. The second car park is directly in front of the hotel on the other side of the road.

Are you dog friendly?

Your four-legged friends are very welcome to visit the Castle Hotel.
Dogs are allowed in all areas excluding Shakespeare’s restaurant, you can dine with your well behaved dog in our bar, lounge areas or outside in our courtyard.

In regards to staying with us, not all of our bedrooms are dog friendly so please let Reception know before you arrive.

There is a charge of £15 for up to two dogs, per night.

Accessibility

Due to the age of the building we are unable to fit a lift into the hotel.
Our restaurant and bar facilities are all on the ground floor.
Please be aware that there are no ground floor bedrooms at the hotel however guests can request a lower floor if required.

Location

There are so many things to see in and around Conwy, walk the Town Walls, visit Conwy Castle, the Suspension Bridge. There are forests, beaches, hills and mountains to explore all in the local area.
Snowdonia National Park is right on our door step taking 30-40min to reach places such as Betws-y-Coed and Llanberis by car.

What time is check in and check out?

Check in time is from 3pm on the day of your arrival. We cannot guarantee an early check in, however, if your room is ready before 3pm you are welcome to check in early at no charge.

Check out is by 11am on the day of departure.
